The following page is dedicated to demonstrate my proficiency and ability to conduct, analyze, and implement research. With such a skill, problems can be identified and addressed in the classroom or educational setting. Through my MAT education, I learned that successful teachers are always learning and adjusting based on their observations in the classroom.
"Indicator 1: knowledge and skill in identifying contextual professional problems and issues within education and conduct related research"- Action Research Plan
The artifact chosen for this indicator is an action research plan developed in EDF 622 in preparation for a large action research project. We were tasked to choose a large education problem that could be observed and propose a development to improve it. My plan was altered from the initial proposal by changing the population of participants but the premise was the same.

The artifact selected here was the final and major product of our action research in EDF 622. This was the presentation which tied together all the necessary info from data to analysis.
"Indicator 3: knowledge and skill in protecting the rights of human subjects by implementing ethical research practices"- CITI Training
The CITI training was for EDF 622 and a requirement before completing our action research. It is a transcript for a course that is designed to make sure that those who completed it under the importance of protecting rights of human subjects through ethical research.
