I am excited to announce that I will be giving an invited talk at KU Leuven on December 1, 2023. The title is "'We're not like them down there': A mixed-methods approach to investigating local affiliation in Northern Maine." 

In October, I will present a paper on rhoticity in Southern Aroostook County English at NWAV 51, which will be held at Queens College.

Looking forward to the International Conference on CMC and Social Media Corpora for the Humanities in Mannheim in September, where my co-authors Aida Alanzi, Johanna Aminoff, Raisa Tayib, Derek Denis and I will present a poster on our ongoing work on backchanneling in videoconferencing.

I am excited to announce that I will join Radboud University as an Assistant Professor of English Linguistics on April 1, 2023. I am very grateful for this opportunity and look forward to working with and learning from my students and colleagues at RU.
