This semester, I am teaching an introductory lecture course on mathematics education (VO Einführung in die Fachdidaktik).
In addition, I'm hosting/leading the informal study group "Mathematik-Lernen lernen", in which we reflect on the cognitive and emotional challenges of the transition from school mathematics to university mathematics and practice studying effectively using strategies which are suitable for this new learning environment. The students who are attending can find materials here.
Aside from teaching in the teacher training programme at the University of Vienna, I have been giving teacher professional development courses since 2020 as part of the certificate programme "Training as a Mentor in Teacher Education Programmes" offered for in-service teachers.
