I am a Ph.D student at Graduate school of Economics at Waseda university.
My research interests lie primarily in the areas of Labor Economics and Personnel Economics.
My current research investigates the spillover effect of taking parental leave on the firm.
Another research focus is the effect of minimum wage effect on the gig work labor markets.
