The following is a letter to city hall which has been signed by a number of local user groups. We are still waiting to hear back from a few and hope to deliver the letter formally at some point in the spring or early summer of 2018. It is important that we first consult with as many groups as possible and gather the support and signatures from as many as possible first. If you are part of a local recreational paddling club, service organization, or any other group that would like to become a signatory to the letter, please contact:
