We are looking for allies and volunteers

If you would like to help us raise awareness about this important issue, we would love to have your help.

We need help with the following jobs:

• Helping to raise awareness in the media and on social media by creating posters, short news-ready articles, art, or any other tool to raise awareness
• Creating an online petition to help raise awareness and put pressure on our local government
• Gathering photos and information on parks and other potential river and lake access points in need of improvement
• Helping to organize and run events such as a shoreline clean up or river access awareness regatta
• Providing advice or expertise working with our local government and how best to ensure a positive, constructive, and successful relationship with city hall
• Preparing sketches, plans, informational displays and advice on where and how access could be improved
• Working with local clubs (KCKC, TRIPS, Wailua, Outrigger, YMCA, Rotary Club, KHC, etc.) that you belong to as a liaison to help coordinate their input and support.
