Basic & Translational Science

The mission of the BRain and Integrated Neurodegenerative diseases (BRaIN) laboratory is to promote and conduct multidisciplinary basic and translational research to increase the understanding of the causes and mechanisms leading to brain dysfunction and degeneration in neurodegenerative diseases.


뇌-신경질환 (BRaIN) 연구실은 퇴행성 뇌질환의 이해라는 큰 목표를 가지고 연구를 하는 연구실입니다. 다양한 퇴행성 뇌질환의 원인과 분자 수준의 메커니즘을 다학제적 기초 및 중개 연구를 통해 다양하고 상세하게 밝히고자 합니다. 이러한 연구를 통해 퇴행성 뇌질환을 치료하거나 예방하는 더 효과적인 접근법을 발견하고,  퇴행성 뇌질환의 위험을 줄여 건강한 노화를  제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
