I feel like this image could be better if the subject  was pulling a face or showing some sort of funny expression to make the image more eye catching. 

However this image was very flat and there was nothing special popping out so what i have done is increased the size of his eye and nose and decreased the size of his mouth to make contradicting aspects .I have also pulled down his chin to create a triangle shaped jaw.
