Hands

In this photo you can see that a man is Refusing to "worship"Hitler and join the Nazi party, this photo reminds me of protesting against the government, the man is this photo is august landmesser, this photograph was taken in 1936 and later on he was imprisoned and sent to fight in WWII,he later died in action.

The lighting in this picture shows that this is a form image (a 3d image )the shadows in this picture show this form.

There is little to none texture in this photo ,in my opinion this photo would be photo would be alot better if it did.

In this image you can see that that use of the of the liquid draws in the viewer this is due to the fast shutter speed that the photographer used. The light is coming from the top left side of the screen,we can see this due to the back of the hand being under exposed .In my option the most interesting part is that it is the mystery behind the image.

Mood board

Plan

Before

I added contrast  and took away curve from the picture and made the droplets and hand  be more bold and stand out more.

After

I have add contrast using a S shape and made it black and makes the light sink in through the top.

2nd photo shoot

EBI: what will you do to move your project forward?

I am planning on using a hand pointing in a dark background and  not using the window as in my opinion it has been very repetitive.

Plan

Next i am going to use the shoot  to create darkness creeping in from the arm

Pictures of inspiration

The shoot

in the original image you can see the the inner part of the elbow as well as the  table and the jumper which may draw the attention if the viewer.

In this Photoshop-ed  image you can see that I have  removed the background objects using a s shape contrast .but there are still some problems that i cannot fix  including the 4th knuckle being not in the light and being covered by darkness .in my personal opinion the lighting really attracts the viewer also i have zoomed in the image to be able to see the detial on the hand closer up .
