An eight-tatami Japanese-style room for 1–3 guests.

This traditional Japanese room features beautiful shoin-style architecture, with delicate openwork decoration above the sliding doors.

The room is equipped with a Hitachi air conditioner, installed in 2025.

In the late afternoon, when the western sunlight shines through the windows, the delicate pattern of the lace curtains is cast onto the shoji screens, creating a soft and peaceful atmosphere.

A six-tatami Japanese-style room for 1–2 guests.

The adjacent room, separated by sliding fusuma, can be combined to accommodate groups of 3-4 guests.

Through the south-facing window, you can enjoy a good view of the exterior wall of our garage, which we painted with great care and a whole lot of love.

The room once had a Hitachi air conditioner made in 1982. Sadly, not long after Kamechiyo opened, it quietly breathed its last.

A new Hitachi air conditioner, installed in 2025, has now taken over the job.

Our living room, filled with the host’s favorite books and musical instruments.

This is also where we share our meals.

The space also serves as a venue for exhibitions, live music, movie screenings, and other events.

Feel free to use the refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle.

The books and musical instruments are also yours to enjoy.

We also have coffee, homemade plum juice, and beer available for a small charge.
