Baxter State Park is a state park located in Millinocket, Maine. Its primary audience is hikers and campers who are looking for natural beauty and a rugged challenge.

The goal of this project was to make a concept for an informational publication Baxter State Park could hand out to ensure entrants are aware of the risks and facilities of the state park.

All the spreads for the publication were meant to showcase the wilderness and ruggedness of Baxter State Park.

The typefaces are rough and gritty, and within the pages the justification is not perfectly horizontal. The limited color palette was used to allow the possibility of cheap printing in color or grayscale.

For the Baxter State Park concept I was able to create three spreads that interacted with each other as well as proper procedure for printing margins and bleeds.
