We present an explainable OCTA-based framework for studying Alzheimer’s-related retinal vascular changes without requiring diagnostic labels. It combines vessel segmentation, vascular biomarker extraction, exploratory subject grouping, and LLM-generated reports to provide transparent, measurement-based interpretations while avoiding diagnostic claims.
