Over the span of three months, our students explored the art of photography step by step: from studying the masters and experimenting with composition and light, to practicing field shoots, studio sessions, editing, and visual communication projects.
Here you can discover their creative journey and the results of their hard work and imagination.
FIRST MONTH
From 17th of July to 11th of August
Here you can see some photos of exercies that students did during lessons.
During the first month of the photography course, the students took photographs inspired by the works of famous photographers.
They explored different approaches to composition, lighting and techniques, experimenting with what they had studied and beginning to develop their own creative style.
SECOND MONTH
From 11th of August to 5th of September
Here you can see some photos of exercies that students did during lessons.
In the second month, the shooting exercises took place in the field, allowing the students to put their knowledge into practice.
They studied exposure in depth and also learned how to work in a studio environment, using all the necessary specifications and props to create complete photographic sets.
THIRD MONTH
From 8th of September to 3rd of October
Here you can see some photos of exercies that students did during lessons.
In the third and final month, the students completed their field shoots and moved on to editing and post-production on the computer. After learning how to edit their photos according to their own taste and style, the course focused on creating posters, business cards, banners, and other visual communication materials. They also explored the meaning of colors in communication (which varies across cultures), the importance of respecting margins and how to develop a coherent visual message.

GROUP PHOTO REVISITED
FINAL EXERCISE
For the final project, the students were given a brief to work on in groups. They had to design a coordinated communication campaign promoting their own school as a real brand. The campaign included a poster, an Instagram post, a banner and a business card.
To achieve this, they had to collaborate and make decisions like a real team, ensuring a coherent communication through the use of the same fonts, colors, and style, creating a campaign with a clear and logical sense.
The things they had to create:
business card of the headmistress (8,5 x 5,5 cm)
poster presenting the school (70 x 100 cm)
a banner of the school like an advertising (240 x 90 cm)
an instagram post of the school (to promote somthing for example an activity) (1080 x 1080 px)
(Photos and text by the students)
