Hello Community Welcome

Juniques Multi Cultural Connections Teams Up with Business Credit Works The Cooperative Lender to Empower Communities

Glendale, AZ – January 22, 2025 – Juniques Multi Cultural Connections, dedicated to helping communities access the multi-trillion dollar multicultural commerce, proudly announces a partnership with Darryl Johnson, founder of Business Credit Works The Cooperative Lender. This groundbreaking initiative introduces the first and only CO-OP Commercial Lending School and Lending Company, where community members own shares in the platforms.

The cooperative model fosters shared ownership, collaboration, prioritizes community needs, and builds long-term economic stability.

Structured Like an Investment Club

Much like an investment club, this cooperative model allows members to pool their resources and collectively invest in the community's economic future. Each member owns shares in the cooperative, giving them a stake in the success and profitability of the lending platforms. The structure is designed to empower members by:

Collective Decision-Making: Members participate in the decision-making process, ensuring that the cooperative's goals align with the community's needs and interests.

Shared Ownership: Each member owns shares, which means they have a vested interest in the cooperative's success and receive dividends based on profitability.

Educational Opportunities: The cooperative offers educational programs through the CO-OP Commercial Lending School, equipping members with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed investment decisions.

Collaboration and Networking: Members have the opportunity to collaborate and network with like-minded individuals, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.

Economic Empowerment: By pooling resources and sharing risks, members can access greater economic opportunities and build long-term financial stability for themselves and their community.

We invite you to join us for AZ Black Think Tank -

Be the Change you want to see in your Community!

Hi everyone, I'm Darryl Johnson, founder of Business Credit Works and my new passion project, The Cooperative Lender. As someone deeply rooted in lending, credit, and the community, I believe it's my duty to educate, empower, and uplift those around me.

I created The Cooperative Lender because credit and lending have often been a challenge for our communities, but they are also the solution.

Our mission as the first and only CO-OP Commercial Lending School and Lending Company where the community owns shares in our platforms.

The cooperative model empowers members with shared ownership, fosters collaboration, prioritizes community needs, and builds long-term economic stability.

The Power of a Cooperative: Members are not just clients—they are owners. Profits remain in the community, building sustainable wealth through dividends, commissions, and democratic decision-making. This unique model empowers individuals while dismantling reliance on predatory financial systems.
