This onboarding module is designed to prepare every new Juniques Gospel Musical Review (JGMR) Gospel Reporter to step confidently into their role as a storyteller, culture carrier, and visibility builder for gospel artists and ministries.

It is structured for clarity, consistency, and immediate action — the Juniques way.

MODULE 1 — THE CALLING OF A GOSPEL REPORTER

Your Role in the Movement

As a JGMR Gospel Reporter, you are entrusted with a mission:

• To uplift gospel artists and ministries

• To document multicultural gospel expression

• To connect gospel enthusiasts with the voices they love

• To strengthen the gospel ecosystem across Arizona and beyond

• To use media as ministry

Your Daily Resource: 1,440 Minutes

Every day you receive the same deposit as every reporter, influencer, and media professional:

1,440 minutes.

Your effectiveness comes from how intentionally you use them.

MODULE 2 — THE JGMR REPORTER MINDSET

• 10 minutes — Identify or research a gospel artist, choir, or ministry

• 10 minutes — Reach out to an artist or enthusiast

Day 1 — Read the Reporter Pledge

Day 2 — Create your reporter introduction post

Day 4 — Conduct your first micro‑interview (short Q&A)

Day 5 — Share a gospel highlight or testimony

Day 6 — Connect with another JGMR reporter

Day 7 — Submit your first official JGMR report

This simple path builds confidence and momentum.
