This project requires us to find an image, audio, animation, and video. We have to describe where the original media is from and give credit to the source.
For my image, I chose a photograph of a possum because they're my favorite animal. I searched images of possums on Creative Commons and the image is originally on Flickr. I downloaded the image from Flickr and I chose the small size option so it fits onto this page.
The licensing is marked as CC BY 2.0 which means anyone is able to:
-Share: You can copy or redistribute the image for any purpose such as commercially and under any format.
-Adapt: Anyone can remix, transform, or add to the image for any purpose and commercially.
You can only share and adapt under these terms:
-Attribution: You have to give proper credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate any changes that were added.
-No additional restrictions: You cannot add any legal terms or restriction to the image that permits anyone to do anything with it that the license permits.
Here is the proper and official credit: "a possum in a crabapple tree" by normanack is licensed under CC BY 2.0.
I chose an animation of an MRI scan because I am studying to be a radiologic technologist. I search for gifs on Creative Commons and the original source is Wikimedia Commons. I downloaded the gif from the original source and uploaded it to my website.
The license is marked as CC BY-SA 3.0 which means you are able to:

Here is the proper and official credit of the animation: "File:Parasagittal MRI of human head in patient with benign familial macrocephaly prior to brain injury (ANIMATED).gif" by Dwayne Reed (talk) is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0.
I chose this audio that is a little tune of a flute because I thought it sounded nice and cute. I searched for wav or mp3 audio on Creative Commons and I downloaded the source from the website Freesound. I then embedded the audio from Google drive onto my website.

Here is the official and proper credit for the audio: "flute riff 2.wav" by THE_bizniss is licensed under CC BY 3.0.
I chose a video of a possum because once again, it is my favorite animal. I searched for the video on Creative Commons and the original source is on Flickr. I downloaded the source on Google drive and then embedded it onto my website.

I learned that people who create digital media and art should have the right to have their work copyrighted or licensed so they can have the proper credit. I also learned that there are different types of licenses that have different terms and restrictions.
