This reflection discusses the four bioethical principles, justice, beneficence, respect for autonomy, non-maleficence. Tang also addresses her experience working with her peers while facing different moral dilemmas. Finally, Tang discussed the bioethical decision-making procedure to maximize the best outcome and how it can be helpful to making choices in our daily lives.

I included this reflection as this is a piece of work relevant to the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, it is significant as it allowed me to experience bioethicists' work and the hurdles they face, which is a good reminder to appreciate and respect all health workers. Furthermore, this project illustrates my critical thinking as well as leadership skills as we worked as a group to evaluate the scholarly sources and develop our own reasoning in this paper.
