My Profile
A dedicated and experienced Dental Technologist with a strong background in Dental laboratory sciences and over 10 years of professional and academic practice. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), I specialize in training diploma students in various aspects of Dental Technology, including and not limited to prosthodontics, dental materials, and orthodontic appliances.
I possess a passion for both technical excellence and community impact, combining hands-on lab instruction with active involvement in oral health outreach programs across the country. Adept at curriculum delivery, examination processes, and student mentorship, I bring a learner-centered and service-driven approach to health education.
My goal is to contribute to the development of competent, ethical, and community-responsive dental technologists who meet national and global standards in oral healthcare delivery.

Duties &
Responsibilities
To teach approved course for different subjects in the department of Dental Technology.
Preparing practical teaching models for students and lecturers.
Teaching and demonstrating practical exercises to the students in the dental laboratory in a manner that maintains the laboratory neat and orderly.
Ensuring proper care and use of dental equipment.
Participating in the Organization of Quality Improvement process in both the learning and teaching environment.
Evaluating and monitoring the preparation of an individualized plan for each student based on assessments and observations.
Teaching and assessing practices in the program to ensure improved students’ performance.
Researching new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge and then devising and writing new course curriculum materials.
Any other duty as may be assigned by the Hod/lecturers.
