Photography

Recently (within the last 2 years) I have been participating in a PD project to understand trends and image categories on Instagram. In order to participate and perform experiments of my own, I had to learn how to take and edit a certain quality of image. I like to bring this experience into the classroom and encourage photographs of projects in my classrooms. I think the kids appreciate learning how to take effective pictures, and then they get to post their final product on Instagram and interact with more educational tags.
