"It doesn't matter if you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning." - Vin Diesel (The Fast And The Furious)
My name is Jordan Tucker, I love movies, my cats, video games, and my hobbies are continuously changing! I am enrolled into CCBC for Anesthesia Technology and hope to get my four-year degree through John's Hopkins University (crossing my fingers and toes). This portfolio is designed to show my growth in technical prowess pertaining to computer systems. While I am not the most computer savvy, I intend to become a computer grandmaster! When I say "whose the computer grandmaster", you say Sho'Nuff!
These are just a few images of myself spending time doing the things I enjoy with some of the cats I love. I love making a home cooked dinner and spending time with my cat Boo who I sometimes refer to as "Butters".

When we were given the original project of having to complete our own website, I was shaken to my boots. I was afraid of the workload and felt as if there was too much to do in so little time. While I still feel as if it was plenty of work, throughout the course I began to feel more confident by each unit's progress. Not only was I more confident in my website, but I was also simply more comfortable with the workload at hand. SIMpaths became easier, discussions became easier, and projects with Word and Excel became simpler. I do feel now that I have fully become the "computer grandmaster". Throughout my time in this course, I learned many things. How to organize my email, how to use Excel in general, how to meaningfully craft a website, what a database even is, how important data is, how important our digital privacy is, and lastly how Instagram quite literally spies on us. I felt like I overcame a mountain of information in just under a month and a half, and yet, I did! I also learned to persevere; while I don't typically give up, I felt enamored to continue trucking on even when I had nothing but flats on said truck. Lastly, I learned to work with others digitally. I normally hate doing group projects and still feel as if others slow me down; however, this group project taught me to have some trust in others to do the right thing. Tripti and I ended up completing the project very quickly and I was proud of the way we were able to wrap the project up with ease.
