Currently organizing and starting Shadow Fellowships for participants and clients seeking support in personal development. This program takes on several facets designed to foster resilience and vigor in living life, taking care of oneself physicially, emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually. This program seeks to help participants to increase their creativity in writing and storytelling, whether within the context of writing a novel, a song, a poem, a D&D story line, or character development. Further personal work helps participants to identify week spots in living that seem to take one out of the presence. Shadow Work is based on the constructs of Jungian Psychology and utilizes the Enneagram Model as a framework, as well as the latest scientific research and best clinical mental health practices focused on self-compassion and understanding one's dark-side.Â
