Mentorship Programme

The mentorship program is one of the most exciting initiatives here. Students from 11th, 12th, and recent passouts have the opportunity to connect with mentors who are alumni experienced in the fields they wish to pursue. While there is no shortage of talent among JNV students, the challenge often lies in the absence of proper guidance, which can make the journey to success more difficult.

Many students aspire to crack competitive exams like JEE and NEET, while others aim to pursue degrees such as B.Sc. or B.A. Unfortunately, they often lack clarity on how to prepare for these paths effectively. This is where mentors come in—alumni who have successfully cleared these exams, studied at top institutions, and are now eager to help their juniors achieve similar success.

Beyond academic guidance, the mentorship program also fosters personal growth and career development. Mentors share their experiences, strategies, and valuable insights, offering a clear roadmap for students to follow. Whether it's choosing the right career path, preparing for exams, or navigating life at college, this program ensures that no student feels lost or unsupported.

Through this initiative, we aim to create a strong support system where knowledge, experience, and encouragement flow seamlessly between generations of Navodayans, ensuring that every student reaches their true potential.
