Guidelines for the Speakers of the Webinar
To ensure high-quality and impactful webinars, please follow these guidelines:
Google Meet Setup:
If using an Android or iPhone, install the Google Meet app beforehand.
If using a laptop, you can directly access the webinar by clicking on the shared link.
Preparation:
Prepare thoroughly for the webinar ahead of your scheduled date.
Create a PowerPoint presentation (PPT) if possible, to make the session more engaging and effective.
Scheduling:
You will be contacted 1.5 months in advance to select a convenient time slot.
Once confirmed, please avoid canceling, as the schedule will be published on the website and announced in the community.
These guidelines are designed to maintain the quality of our webinars, ensuring every participant gains valuable insights. Thank you for your cooperation!
How will students on campus watch the webinar?
Students on campus can watch the webinar via Google Meet or YouTube Live. Since personal electronic devices are not allowed in school, the webinar will be streamed using the school’s smart classrooms, projectors, or other available technology to ensure everyone can participate seamlessly.

Webinar on "How to score good in Board Exams" on 2 February 2025 by Himanshu Fulara, our alumnus who have scored highest in Boards Exams in the history of JNV Champawat.
This webinar on "How to crack JEE" was conducted by JNV Champawat Alumni Community on 23 March 2025 to guide the students of JNV Champawat for the Join Entrance Examination Main and Advance.Â
The webinar on "How to clear UPSC exam" was conducted by JNV Champawat Alumni Community on 13 April 2025 to guide the students of JNV Champawat for the UPSC Exam and the mindset needed for it. The speaker was Ms Anupriya Rai, our alumna who cleared UPSC in 2022 and after 3 years she again cleared UPSC Exam in 2025 with an AIR of 189.
The JNV Champawat Alumni Community organised a webinar on "The Study Abroad Experience" on 11 May 2025. Mr. Kamlesh Pandey, an alumnus of North Carolina State University, was the guest speaker.
He shared valuable insights from his study abroad journey with community members.The JNV Champawat Alumni Community organised a webinar on "Career in yoga, Turning passion into profession" on 6 July 2025. Mr. Sunil Joshi, an alumnus of JNV Champawat, was the guest speaker.
He shared valuable insights from his Journey from the classrooms of JNV Champawat to become a Yoga Instructor in Vietman.
