Not all students are equal, each have their own strong and weak points. Some are fast learners, some are slow ; some are attention seekers, some are shy. Whereas some are active, some are hard to adjust and passive. All these qualities definitely affect the performance of the students, not only in the final examination but also in the class activities. To gauge the performance of the students unit tests are held quarterly; participation in seminars, quizzes, wall magazine, sports, debate are encouraged and those who perform weak or show low interest  are monitored and guided.

The department calls Parent Teacher Meeting twice a year. One in the beginning of the session and another  at the end. First the teachers sit separately with the parents or guardians to know more about each student. Then together with the students discussion is made on the performance of each student individually. The single motive is TO KNOW THE ACTUAL REASON BEHIND THE PERFORMANCE OF THE STUDENTS.
