The department believes in the overall training and development of its students. To achieve this objective, apart from academic activity the students are also engaged in different other activities like departmental quiz, debate, seminar, workshop, special lectures, career counseling, remedial classes & educational tour. The students are also encouraged to participate in inter departmental competitions like debates and annual sport’s events organized by the college. The department maintains an annual wall magazine where every student contributes on a selected topic. The department represents the college in the district level annual inter college Youth Parliament & Quiz Competition. Each year the students dedicate full time and energy to give their best possible performance .
