ü  Liberty Mat Club: George C. Marshall HS - LMC will be running out of George C. Marshall HS. Working Folkstyle as well as Freestyle/Greco-Roman. *Free* Just need a USA Wrestling membership card. tentatively Monday 5-7pm

ü  Liberty “Flight” Club: McLean HS – LMC will have a former Penn State Wrestling alum instructing primarily Olympic-style Freestyle & Greco-Roman (Wed). This one is a commitment. Just need a USAW card. March 4th-May 29th $300/season / Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday 6p-8p

ü  Potomac Premier Wrestling Club (www.arlwrestling.org) Marymount University - All are welcome and train with NCAA coach Roy Hill. *FREE*. Just need USAW Card.  mid-March Monday/Wednesday 7:30p-9:30pm

ü  Gunston Wrestling Club: Hayfield SS - For many years now, GWC has been the premier *free* off-season training room out of Hayfield SS for wrestlers in Northern Virginia. They have an open room-all are welcome. starting 3/11 Just need USAW card.  Tuesday/Thursday 6-8pm

ü  Arlington Wrestling Club (www.Arlingtonwc.org) Wakefield HS - AWC running out of Wakefield HS and will be going weekly on Fridays. Just need USA Wrestling card. Friday 5-7pm
