Client: Whole Foods Unlimited 

Problem: The client wants to decrease HR complaints from specific departments by 20% through implementing an instructor-led training on active listening in the workplace. 

Solution: I created this course to aid live facilitators in effectively implementing this training. I included a Training Needs Analysis, a Facilitator Guide, a Participant Workbook, and an end of course survey.
