Client: The Instructional Design Company
Problem: The client wanted the information updated and the video edited.
Solution: The instructional video was built in Storyline 360. Using a storyboard as a guide, text, images, infographics, shapes, and videos were added. Pre-existing audio tracks were provided by the client. I edited these tracks to eliminate unwanted audio. Further enhancement was made to the course through additional graphics and photo editing techniques to aid the course in its overall professional and aesthetic appeal. Slide transitions and animations were also incorporated. Accessibility was made possible through closed captioning.
I followed the ADDIE Model through:
Analyzing all pertinent information needed to produce an impactful learning solution.
Designing a course using adult learning principles.
Developing a course with the learning objectives in mind while catering to the learner's experience.
Implementing the learning solution through instructor-led courses or eLearning modules.
Evaluating the course's outcomes via an end of course survey to determine future changes or subsequent courses.
Client: The Instructional Design Company
Problem: The client wanted a course accessible from any device. They also wanted the course created from a storyboard.
Solution: Because Articulate Rise is well-versed in adapting a course to any device, I chose to create the course using this authoring tool.
