Client: The Instructional Design Company
Problem: The provided video required updating and editing for quality assurance.
Solution: Utilizing the provided video and audio clips, I used Adobe Premiere Pro to seamlessly edit the clips into one cohesive video. An intro and outro were implemented with music that fades out and then in again at the close of the video. Text was dripped on screen on cue with the audio. A split screen was implemented in various sections to aid the learner experience through both reading and listening to the text simultaneously.

Client: Whole Foods Unlimited
Problem: The client wants to decrease HR complaints from specific departments by 20% through implementing an instructor-led training on active listening in the workplace; however, the client requested I also make this presentation video accessible for any employees who missed the live training.
Solution: I recorded and created this video to aid employees who were absent the day of the training to still be able to effectively implement the training. The audio was edited to eliminate many imperfections. A temporary alternative screen was strategically placed in various spots in the video where employees in the ILT would have stopped to participate in a hands-on or group activity. This alternative screen has text that drips on screen while the audio track pauses to aid the learner in his/her next steps when completing the training solo. Closed captions were added for accessibility purposes.

Problem: The client wants to decrease HR complaints from specific departments by 20% through implementing an instructor-led training on active listening in the workplace. The client wanted a video inside the training to help engage employees.
Solution: I made this video in Canva utilizing its vast library of graphics, fonts, audio tracks, animations, etc. All of the voiceover audio was also recorded using Canva. The video's scenario sets up an issue that frequently comes up in this line of work. The goal of the video is to get learners thinking about ways to appropriately respond via active listening skills when they are placed in similar situations as the characters in the video. Closed captions were included for accessibility.
