These photos highlight the several workshops and professional development sessions I've attended on my path to being a well-rounded and competent educator. Each course provided something unique, whether it was learning new instructional tactics, developing my understanding of child development, finding ways to incorporate technology into the classroom, or improving my classroom management skills. Every experience has helped to shape my teaching philosophy and provided me with the tools I require to address the different requirements of my students. 

Through these professional development opportunities, I've not only gained a solid understanding of the fundamentals of good teaching, but also a greater awareness for the significance of building inclusive, engaging, and responsive learning environments. These sessions emphasized student-centered learning, educational justice, and the importance of developing each child's curiosity, creativity, and confidence. I've learned how to employ differentiated instruction to reach all students, how to create culturally sensitive classroom communities, and how to use data to improve my teaching. 

Aside from material understanding, these sessions have helped me improve personally and professionally. I've got the opportunity to work with other committed educators, discuss ideas, and think on how I can continually better my trade. These exchanges have reminded me of the value of lifelong learning, not just for students but also for teachers. I think that great educators never stop learning, and I am committed to finding new methods to improve my teaching and help my students flourish. 

While this page now displays the certifications and qualifications I've obtained through these seminars, I am actively pursuing official certification in Elementary Education for grades 1-6. This certification will be a significant milestone in my career, demonstrating my readiness to take on a full-time teaching position and make a long-term influence in the classroom. Once I acquire my certification, I plan to upload it here as evidence of my effort, tenacity, and preparation to lead a classroom with confidence and compassion. 

I am thrilled about the future and the potential to advance as an educator. These seminars have provided the basis, and I'm excited to apply what I've learned to inspire, challenge, and encourage every kid I teach. My ultimate goal is to establish a classroom environment in which all children feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to realize their greatest potential.
