This design is a sheet-metal based compostable toilet that incorporates a swinging door for the basin to prevent the fumes from entering the cabin. This toilet was meant for trailer homes. There was a mechanism to open this basin door when the user sits down.
This complex sheet metal part is a casing for fragile and complex PCB's. Roqos Inc. sent me 3 PCBs and asked me to design an ergonomic sheet metal enclosure that was concise, and space efficient. I helped Roqos inc design a styrofoam packaging for the Case above. It was an simple, cheap, compact and sturdy packaging design. We worked together to include all the necessary components while maintaining the necessary dimensions.
These tank models were converted from 2D dimensional drawings. These designs were designed to hold high pressure liquids and gasses. I designed a series of 3 tanks for this client who used my dimensional drawings in the manufacturing process of these tanks.

This grill was designed for an individual who wanted had an idea for a new gas and electric grill design. This hybrid grill has 3 gas burners as well as a fire box for wood grilling as well. The top cook grate can rise up and down (via a hand crank) so the cooking temperature can be regulated.
This design mounts a battery pack, a card ID reader (made by Token Works) and a tablet to a sheet metal part. The trick was making it ergonomic and light. This design is meant to be held by bouncers through the duration of a night so it is necessary for it to feel comfortable. See more about Token Works here
This is a PDA case I designed for Token Works. They sell ID scanners and this PDA is an ID scanner. The case is an injection molded enclosure that fit into a sheet metal stand.
