Learning Analytics
For my final project in EDUC 795 (Learning Analytics) at UNC, I created a prototype of a “mystery picture” multiplication fact puzzle. My design incorporated direct feedback based on the KLI Framework. Students answer a series of multiplication facts and slowly reveal a mystery picture.
If the student answers incorrectly, they receive feedback based on the type of error they made. Student data, including their answers and error types, are recorded. Teachers can then look at the student analysis and understand where students may be struggling with multiplication fact automaticity.
Check it out here! You must enable Google Scripts for the project to run.
More information about the design is on the README tab, or in my final presentation here.
