I believe that the first and most important job as a teacher is to create a safe environment in which children can thrive, and to build a relationship built on trust. 

It is under these healthy conditions that students flourish into motivated learners. It is my desire to create this environment where students can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my goal to create this type of warm atmosphere where students can meet their full potential.
