I believe that it is important to never stop learning. Research is always changing and evolving. It is very important, as teachers, to not only teach, but to continue to learn. Research has shown that teaching quality and school leadership are the most important factors in raising student achievement. Because of this teachers must continue to strive for knowledge and skills to implement the best educational practices.
