Jerble – Subscription & Billing Terms
Effective Date: September 9, 2026 · Version 2.0
These Subscription & Billing Terms ("Billing Terms") apply to all paid subscriptions offered by Jerble. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Billing Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
A Jerble subscription is personal to your account. It is not attached to a particular team or organization.
Each paid plan grants you a number of:
Organization slots — each covers one organization and all of the teams inside it, and
Standalone-team slots — each covers one team that is not inside an organization.
You choose which of the organizations and teams you administer those slots cover, and you can move a slot from one entity to another at any time from within the app. Members of a covered entity get Pro features; they do not need their own subscription.
The current plans, the number of slots each grants, the feature limits that apply, and the price in your local currency are shown in the app before you purchase. The prices and limits shown in the app at the time of purchase are the ones that apply.
Subscriptions are sold and charged through the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android). Jerble does not process your payment and never receives your card details.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically at the price shown, unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
Only one Jerble subscription can be active on an account at a time. Changing plans replaces your existing subscription in line with the store's upgrade and downgrade rules.
You cancel in your store account settings, not inside Jerble:
iOS: Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions
The app provides a shortcut link to these screens, but the cancellation itself is handled by Apple or Google.
When you cancel:
Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After that, your slots are released and the organizations and teams they covered return to the free plan.
Cancelling does not delete any of your data.
If a renewal payment fails, or a subscription lapses, Apple or Google may retry the charge. Jerble keeps your coverage in place until the end of the paid period, and then applies a grace period of 7 days before releasing your slots. This gives you time to fix a payment problem without losing access.
We are not responsible for loss of functionality resulting from an unpaid or lapsed subscription.
When a slot is released — because you cancelled, moved the slot elsewhere, or the grace period expired — the affected organization or team returns to the free plan and its free-plan limits apply again.
Important: if you have more teams than the free plan allows, teams beyond that limit become read-only. Their data is preserved and remains visible, but new events, messages, and changes are blocked in those teams until you resubscribe or reduce the number of teams. No data is deleted because a subscription ended.
If you delete a team or organization that one of your slots covers:
The slot is released and becomes available to allocate to another entity.
Your subscription is not cancelled and continues to renew.
The deleted team or organization and its data are permanently removed.
You will be warned and required to explicitly confirm before deletion.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple and Google under their own policies. Jerble cannot issue, approve, or deny a refund.
To request one:
iOS: use Apple's "Report a Problem" at reportaproblem.apple.com
Android: request a refund through Google Play
Where Apple or Google grants a refund, your subscription is revoked and the corresponding slots and Pro features are removed. Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund or cancellation right you have under the law of your country of residence.
If you allocate a slot to a team or organization on behalf of an employer or another body, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Jerble may update pricing, plan features, or slot allocations from time to time. Changes apply to future billing periods only, and where the store or applicable law requires advance notice or your consent to a price increase, that process applies.

Please note that for payment, renewal, and refund issues, Apple or Google is usually able to help faster than we can, because they hold the transaction.
