I am applying for a project manager/coordinator role within IU Health to gain many transferable skills to help me progress in my career. I also plan to improve and develop my communication and networking skills. I'm excited to start my healthcare experience and plan to continue with IU Health.

After learning about what System Health Solutions does, I found the area that fits my values and goals. My plan is to keep gaining skills and moving up in my career path to accomplish my goal of being a Director of community health, and social determinants of health in a few years. In order to get to that position, I do intend on continuing my education with IUPUI and getting a Master's in Public Health.
