I am the owner of a residential cleaning business.
I bring over 10 years of experience fostering client relationships with my compassion, dedication, and integrity.
I've grown and increased my sales through referrals by being reliable and motivated.
I've managed staff and 30 clients successfully for over 10 years.
I have been successful by listening to my clients, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction and on schedule, and addressing conflict as it arises to ensure client satisfaction.
I’ve been running my own small business since 2012, and am still learning new things all the time. Being self-employed isn’t always easy, but I absolutely love it and it has taught me so much. The thing I love most about running my own small business is that there’s always an opportunity to keep learning, there’s always a chance to learn more. When you’re self-employed, you do a lot of different jobs. Yes, I’m a marketing consultant. But I’m also an accountant, an administrator, a sales manager, a customer service rep… the list can go on.
As a small business owner, I'm responsible for all aspects of the business. This means I can do things how I want, and make my business fit in with my goals and my personal and family life. And I did just that. Being a small business owner allowed me to focus on my education part-time. It’s definitely the best decision I’ve ever made. Yes, there are lots of challenges, but the reward of starting a new career I worked really hard for is absolutely worth it.
