I went into public health because I am dedicated to promoting the health and wellness of the population. I want to reduce inequities, increase access and improve health education and awareness in not only my community but on both local and statewide scales as well. I chose health services management as a major because those decisions made by healthcare leaders can have a significant impact on people's lives. I have the opportunity to grow as a leader, impact change, and help others with a Health Services Management degree.
