My writing explores intercultural dialogue and interstitial discourse, highlighting the beauty and complexity of our interconnected world. 

I aim to illuminate the shared threads of our humanity and celebrate our differences, contributing to a global narrative that values diversity, fosters intercultural understanding, and champions harmony with the natural world.

My international teaching career and my life are both  patchwork quilts of cultures and traditions. I have breathed in the particular smells of the streets in Haiti, Honduras, Florida, New York, Virginia, England, and Belgium. 

I've walked for months through Ireland, France and Spain, letting the landscape dictate my pace.  

My circle of friends enfold the world - we switch languages, postures, expressions with the ease of veteran travelers.
