Designing websites was something new for me. I had never designed any websites so far. Designing Vita Catering Service's Website was my first attempt at designing a website. The link that Madam gave in the notes was very helpful since I used to watch the YouTube link to create and design the website. At first, it was hard for me to create and edit the website, but as I had some trial and errors, I learnt more about it. As I wanted my website to look simple and elegant. I had tried best to insert some aesthetic type of picture to make it look better so it will be highlighted with the white background. Most of the pictures were taken from Pinterest. It helped me to get more nice and better pictures. Then I tried to maintain the same fonts and typography for all the pages to make it look good and attractive. The information regarding the catering food items and prices, I referred to other catering services websites. I was very concerned about the links that I created working well and easy to use. I made sure that my website was a customer-friendly website. As I was not able to create a fancy and attractive link for inquiry or ordering purposes like which I saw on other websites. I created a Google Form and link and inserted it on my website. I taught it could be an alternative idea and it would be easier and also for my targeted audience to fill it up. I really enjoy working on designing websites, but it takes a lot of time and really needs more patience. This has taught me that if you have patience in doing something, it would definitely give you a greater outcome. I was happy and proud of myself for a first attempt. I could create a decent website, which I felt looked neat and simple. In the future, after learning a few more aspects and editing skills on designing websites, I will be able to design better websites in future.
