Capan2 are pancreatic cancer cells which grow in cluster. We use DAPI to observe the nucleus of the cells by immunofluorescence. And as we can see, sometimes the cells just decide by themselves to grow in an original shape, in this case, the DAPI signal of hundreds of cells altogether looks like a fish.
