We are happy to inform you that abstract submission is now open for the 2019 Annual Meeting, taking place in Hôtel de la Région Occitanie, Toulouse, from April 4th - 5th, 2019. Please follow the instructions below, and complete the submission of the abstracts.

Abstract submission is mandatory for second year PhD students of BSB PhD school, and third year PhD students who haven't presented the past year.

Deadline for submission : 15th January 2019. Extended deadline: 23rd of January !CLOSED!

Even if you have submitted an abstract, you must be registered to be able to access the meeting!

1. Character count of an abstract is limited to 1600 characters including space, (around 250 words) and only one paragraph. If your text is too long, the submission will fail.
2. Your abstract must be written in english and must include a title, authors names and lab affiliations.
   • The title must start with an uppercase and continue in lowercase. Exception for conventional words (ATP, DNA etc.). -> This title is written properly.
   • Authors name: Write your name and surname in full. For any other authors use initial(s) for the first name(s) followed by the surname. -> Mario Rossi, J. Doe, F. Bloggs
   • Affiliations: If more than one affiliation, use sequential superscript numbers to identify each institution.
3. If more than one author, please put an asterisk after your name and use commas to separate the author names.
4. Five keywords are requested.

Abstracts will be reproduced in the abstract book as submitted by the authors.

All fields marked with *red asterisk are mandatory.

Once your application completed, you will received an automatic mail to confirm your submission succeeded.
