Notary Services and Pricing

Starting at $50
Includes a notary consultation, travel to your preferred location, and notarization of one document or section.

📍 Please Note:
An additional travel fee may apply for locations outside Camden County, based on mileage and any applicable toll fees.

➕ Additional Fees:

• Each additional notarization (per section or document): $2.50

• Additional signers (principals): $10 per person

• Witness verification: $10 per witness

• Verified witness provided by notary: + $10 per witness 

Note: If your document requires witnesses and you are unable to provide your own, we can provide verified witnesses for fee mentioned above. Witnesses must be impartial and not related to the transaction or any party involved. Please let us know in advance if you will need this service.

• After-hours / expedited requests: $15–$25 surcharge
  (Applies to services outside business hours or for urgent needs)

• Non-Refundable Retainer – $20
  Required to dispatch a notary to your location. Applied toward your final service total. 

Base Notarization – $30+
Includes:

Additional Fees:

• Each additional notarial seal: $10.00

• Witness (if required): $10.00 per witness

Certified Translation Package – $50 

Professional certified English translation of a 1-page document. Perfect for official use including immigration, legal, academic, and more.

This service includes:
✅ Certified English translation (1 standard page)
✅ Translator’s signed affidavit of accuracy
✅ Single notarization
✅ Delivery options:

• Local pickup/drop-off within Camden County Or courier pickup/delivery 

• Or USPS certified mail for return (1 label included)

➕ Add-Ons:

• $20 for each additional page to be translated
  (Includes translator’s signed affidavit and one additional notarization if required)

• Additional notarizations (if needed): $2.50 each

• Printed documents available upon request

Digital Download (PDF) – $10.00 per form
Download a ready-to-use fillable form digitally, may include instructions page- how to complete form (Purchase link coming soon. Document may be emailed to you as well) 

Printed Document (In-Person Appointment) – $15.00 per form
I’ll bring a printed copy of the requested form to your mobile notary appointment.
Ideal if you don’t have access to a printer or need a specific form brought to you.
➡️ This fee also applies if you provide me with a digital copy of your own document but need me to edit and/or add the correct New Jersey notarial wording, print it, and bring the finalized copy.

Digital Fillable Template (Remote Online Notary) – $5.00 per form
Use one of my pre-formatted digital templates to fill and sign during your remote notary session with us.
➡️ You can also upload your own document at no extra cost—just make sure it includes the correct NJ notarial language.

Courier / Shipping – Varies
We can mail your documents via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Fees depend on carrier, location, and speed.

This includes advising on the type of document you may need, how to fill it out, or the legal effect of signing a document.

All documents must be completed in full prior to notarization. If your document requires witnesses, it is your responsibility to provide them unless otherwise agreed upon.
Important: All documents must be signed in the physical presence of the notary unless you are using Remote Online Notarization (RON), in which case the signing will be witnessed via an approved electronic platform in compliance with New Jersey law.

By proceeding with notary services, you acknowledge that:

• You understand that the notary’s duties include verifying your identity, witnessing your signature, and ensuring you are signing voluntarily and without coercion—but do not include providing legal advice or explaining your document’s contents.

• You confirm that you have reviewed and understand the contents of your document prior to signing.

• Your notarization will be securely recorded and stored either in a traditional notary journal (for in-person notarizations) or electronically (for RON notarizations), in accordance with New Jersey state law.
