In this project, I had to create a mind map of my goal to improve my health. I was able to personalize it with a variety of different colors and shapes to make it unique. My four primary goals were: 8 hours of sleep, exercise, dietary habits, and maintaining hydration. These goals were further broken down into specific methods aimed at achieving each objective.Â
I learned many lessons during this project, including what a mind map is used for. I didn't know that mind maps could be utilized to systematically organize and adhere to personal goals in greater detail. This project also taught me that there are various export options available, including the ability to convert your file to a PNG. I will use this website to brainstorm new ideas and plan advanced goals now that I know how to use it.
