For this project, I had to find, explore, and share different types of digital media including image, animation, audio, and video as well as credit them.
I found this image when I first opened the Creative Commons app. This image stood out to me because it's a microscope image that shows COVID-19. I downloaded it from the website.
This image is shared under the CC BY 2.0 Deed license which means anyone can:
Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format for any purpose, even commercially.
Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
The licensor can not revoke this as long as:
Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

This is an example of an animated gif I found on Giphy I searched ducks on this website and after scrolling around, I came across this animated motion. I saved it from the Giphy website and uploaded it here. I couldn't find any licensing information or limitations, so I will credit by providing a link to the source and the TASL rule of thumb.

wasn't able to download it. The song is called let's dance and I found it on SoundCloud. I am not able to find the license information or the usage policy, so I will use the TASL rule of thumb.

I was able to find this video on YouTube by searching up one of the influencers I used to watch named Rosanna Pansino. I used my google drive to display it on my website. This video is about how to make a cake with Disney princesses. There was no usage policy or licensing information.
This project was very challenging, particularly when it came to trying to paste an audio clip. Every time I tried to upload a sound file to my ePortfolio, it failed. Apart from that, I gained knowledge of a wide range of media types and how to properly credit and grant licenses for them.
