In-Class Simulation: Give your students realistic trading experience by running in-class simulations. Both the Teacher Guides and Student Guides are below.
Before running in-class trading simulations, your students (or student teams) must be enrolled in your JA Take Stock In Your Future learning experience on the JA Learning Platform (D2L). Contact your JA Education Manager to assist or follow instructions here: How To Enroll Students . Excel and Google Sheets templates are provided below to facilitate this.
When selecting a practice competition template, it is recommended to select one that starts with 'JA USA.......' as these have been tested and proven by JA USA.
You will need to project, at a minimum, the Stock Market Exchange Board in your classroom, while students will need access to a computer, tablet or other internet-enabled device to buy and sell stocks and read news alerts.
