JASTE33 Information

第33回日本熱帯生態学会年次大会では，関連分野の研究者との交流を深めるために，次の8つの学会と連携して大会を実施します：日本アフリカ学会，日本サンゴ礁学会，日本マングローブ学会，日本タイ学会，日本島嶼学会，日本熱帯農業学会，日本泥炭地学会，東南アジア学会．

これら連携学会の会員は，当学会の会員と同条件で研究発表できます．

To foster interdisciplinary interactions among researchers, JASTE33 will collaborate with the following 8 academic societies:  Japan Society for Southeast Asian Studies, Japan Association for African Studies, Japanese Coral Reef Society, Japanese Society for Thai Studies, Japan Peatland Society, Japanese Society for Tropical Agriculture, Japan Society for Mangroves, Japan Society of Island Studies.

 Members of the above societies will have the same right to present at JASTE33 as JASTE members.

現地参加とオンライン参加の両方によるハイブリッドで開催する予定です．口頭発表はハイブリッド，ポスター発表はオンライン開催のみの予定です．ただし，学会会場にポスター掲示スペースを設けますので，ポスターを持参した方は掲示していただくことができます．
新型コロナウイルス感染症の状況により，全てオンラインでの開催に変更になる場合は4月末までにウェブサイト上でアナウンスいたします．また，懇親会を中止する場合は，6月16日（予定）までに決定し，ウェブサイト上でお知らせします．中止の場合は，前納でお支払いいただいた懇親会費を返金いたします．

JASTE33 is planned to as a hybrid event. The oral presentation is planned to be hybrid and the poster presentation is planned to be only online. You can also pin a poster at the designated space on the site if you bring it there.
If the meeting will be held online only due to the status of COVID-19, we will announce it on the website by the end of April.
In case of cancellation of the banquet, a decision will be made by June 16 (tentative) and announced on the website. The banquet fee paid will be refunded in case of cancellation.
Public Symposium is in Japanese.

オンライン参加の方：5/26以降の大会参加費のお支払いの場合でも，アクセス権発行の関係上，6月16日（金）までに申し込み・支払いを完了してください．
To online participants: Please complete the registration and payment by June 16 (Fri.) even if the payment is made after May 26 (Fri.) due to the issuance of access rights.
対面参加の方：6月23日（金）までに参加登録・参加費納入をお済ませください．
On-site participants: Please complete the registration and payment by June 23 (Fr.).

参加費はオンライン参加でも現地参加でも同額です．
公開シンポジウムのみの参加は無料です．
The participation fee is the same for on-site and online participation.
Participation at the public symposium only is free of charge.

学会長による優秀発表賞を，口頭発表・ポスターの双方で設定します．複数のレフェリーによる厳正な審査を行います．審査基準など詳細は，大会ウェブサイトで後日公開します．同制度へエントリーする場合には，大会参加申し込みの際に所定欄にチェックをお願いします．

The best presentation in oral and poster category will be recognized based on peer evaluation by multiple judges. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to be considered. Presentations registered for the award will be reviewed by anonymous referees. 

A会場（ホール），B会場（研修室）にてWi-Fiをご利用いただくことが出来ます．ネットワーク名とパスワードは当日会場でお知らせします．
Wi-Fi is available in Room A (Hall) and Room B (Training Room) respectively. The name of network and the password will be provided at the venue on the day of the event.

本大会では，会期中に参加者が利用した託児費の補助を提供する予定です．詳細は，「参加者託児費補助」ページをご確認ください．
