Each presenter is given 14.5 minutes; 12 minutes for presentation and 2.5 minutes for questions and answers. Please keep to the presentation time.
In the venues, computers installed with versions after MS Windows 10 and PowerPoint 2021 will be provided by the Executive Committee. And please don’t connect personally owned computers to save time.
For each on-site presenter, the presentation file (we accept following formats; pptx, .ppt, or .pdf) should be loaded to the computer of the venue before the session starts in the morning or afternoon.
For the on-line presenter, please prepare your presentation file on your own computers before your presentation, and when your presentation time arrives and the chair gives the signal, click on the "Screen Sharing" button on the Zoom screen and select the slide screen for your presentation, such as PowerPoint.
The Executive Committee does not have responsibility for any troubles with the motion of the animation and video used in each presentation.
The poster session will be held only on the Dropbox through the website. In addition to the online presentation, the presenters can post their posters at the conference venue.
Please prepare your ID on the Dropbox before upload your presentation file. Your registered email address of the Dropbox should be the same as that of JASTE 33.
If a different email address has been registered to JASTE 33, please report to the office by e-mail (jaste33kochi@gmail.com).

Poster size is not restricted. Please make sure it is easy to see on the computer screen.
The digital file should be saved in PDF style (15MB or less).
The file name of the poster should be “the presentation number, the name of the first presenter (affiliation)”. →For example, "P12 Taro Katsuo (Tosa University)"
For presentation numbers, please refer to the program.
Please upload the digital file through the URL that the JASTE 33 office will send to the presenters. The deadline is at 23:59 (in Japanese Standard Time), June 23, 2023. No submissions nor replacements after the deadline are allowed.
Open the poster upload page in your browser. The latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari is recommended.
Click the Add Files button and select the PDF file to be uploaded.
When the upload is complete and the completion screen is displayed, close the browser. An upload confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.

A会場（ホール），B会場（研修室）にてWi-Fiをご利用いただくことが出来ます．ネットワーク名とパスワードは当日会場でお知らせします． Wi-Fi is available in Room A (Hall) and Room B (Training Room) respectively. The name of network and the password will be provided at the venue on the day of the event.
