The story of KitaGeenius began with the passion of six university students, and it has since evolved into a movement that is making a significant impact on young leaders.
Throughout the journey, I have played a co-leading role in developing and executing KitaGeenius's execution plan. Specifically, I have taken the lead in planning volunteer activities, reaching out to learning centers, and coordinating logistical arrangements.
Furthermore, my team and I have actively consulted with professionals and stakeholders to develop a tailored soft skills training module for young refugee leaders. Our approach involves incorporating interactive activities and engaging syllabi to create a fun learning environment for our students.
We have successfully organized four two-day boot camps focused on soft-skills development, along with one workshop, benefiting over 90 young refugee leaders between the ages of 12 and 17. These individuals have been predominantly receiving basic education in subjects such as language, science, and math.
By equipping them with soft skills, we aim to stimulate behavioral changes that enhance their ability to navigate real-world situations effectively. This holistic approach empowers them with practical skills and prepares them for a brighter future.
