HelloGym
HelloGym
HelloGym is a great way to help smaller gym owners navigate their calls and give the best customer service possible. HellGym users also deserve the best customer and user experience possible, and while hellogym provides great marketing and call relations its voicemails section could use some improvements for its users.

After creating a script based on the overview of the website, participants were interviewed and tasked with navigating and using HelloGym’s website. Users would be questioned on how these tasks would make them feel and what it could be improved on.
Findings:
Voicemail Header is very congested
Users don’t like how listening to voicemails opens another tab
Users want to know voicemail length before hearing it
The collected data was then synthesized further into pros and cons of the taks answered, this helped my team figure out the numbers being involved and the reflected change needed for specific pages.
A new voicemail page layout was made and using contextual inquiry from the interviewed participants, adjustments were made for the header of the voicemail page. Users can now select a specific month and day to reveal the revamped voicemail layout section. The section includes a new delete button to help users with not getting overwhelmed by voicemail amounts. Another adjustment made was the new Voicemail length section added to the drop down which helps users know if a voicemail is created on accident or if it's spam.
The Contact page where users can add, delete and give special permissons to employees has been re designed for simplicy and easy usability. Interviewd participants want a better layout for adding employees and wanted a way to find out where each employee where loacted for different gym locations.
The next steps for HelloGym’s website are redesigning its employees roles page, this pages gives users access to emails, data, and more however the terminology used is confusing to users. A redesign would give overlays to these terms to simplify it for users and help with adding new employees to specific locations per the user. My next task would be to redesign and reword the “contact’ page for HelloGym’s website.
